Delivery Information

If you are completing an LFD then your soup/s will be included with your next scheduled LFD intake. If you are ordering the soup/s and not an LFD meal pack, then you can select to pick up your soup/s from either Sip Kitchen Rosedale or Sip Kitchen Newmarket on the next available Sunday pick up date, or you can choose to have them delivered on the next available Sunday delivery date. The next available Sunday pick up or delivery date is 21 March.  See delivery information here. 

Please note that the Longevity Fasting Diet is only available for delivery within the Auckland area.

If you wish to have this meal delivered outside the Auckland area or wish to have this meal delivered at a sooner date, you can purchase LFD soups and muffins as well as other nutrient-dense, wholefood items through the Sip Kitchen website.
